When do you start processing my file?

All contracts or listing package details need to be submitted by 3:30 PM on any business day will be processed that same day!

NOTE: If submitted after 3:30 PM contracts or listing package details will be processed by 10:30 AM the next business day.

Do you coordinate with vendors?

I coordinate with lenders, title, and settlement companies to keep timelines tight and communication clear. Vendor scheduling and repair coordination remain with the agent.

What happens if a transaction doesn’t close?

Accepted Answer

Life happens — deals sometimes fall apart. If a file terminates, I close it out cleanly on my end and make sure all documentation is wrapped up for your records. (Full policies are outlined in the service agreement you’ll sign before we begin.)
